DESCRIPTION OF GOODS AND SERVICES

Dulce Vida (Pty) Ltd, referred to as “Dulce Vida” is a business that specializes in the supplying of Coffee; Coffee machines; Hospitality goods and retail consumer goods. The goods supplied are subject to availability and are packaged to ensure our standard of quality is maintained.

DELIVERY POLICY

We offer fast and reliable delivery Nationwide.

 

Subject to availability of goods (i.e.: “In Stock”, “Out of Stock”; “Coming Soon”) and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1-3 (working) days and delivered through a third-party courier company.

 

  • Courier cost is calculated at checkout and subject to regional surcharges.

  • Delivery takes between 2-5 working days

  • Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the details

  • Promotional codes and discounts provided by Dulce Vida (Pty) Ltd apply.

 

EXPORT RESTRICTIONS

Any Physical products offered on this website or the online store are available to South African clients only. All products found on this website are hereby for the purchasing for those who reside nationally across all provinces within the legal jurisdiction of South Africa.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

We want every sip to be perfect. If you’re not satisfied, get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returns are eligible and only accepted for unopened, sealed items.

 

If your order arrived incorrect or damaged, we’ll replace or refund it. Refunds and returns will be processed within 3 working days.

 

Due to Food safety listed in the following acts:

  • Foodstuffs, Cosmetics and Disinfectants Act, 1972 (Act No. 54 of 1972)

  • Health Act, 1977 (Act 63 of 1977)

  • Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (Act No. 68 of 2008)

 

We cannot accept returns on unopened coffee and food related consumer goods products, unless there is a proven and recorded fault. Reach us at info@dulcevida.co.za and we’ll assist you promptly.

Your Privacy Matters to us. Your personal information is only used to process and deliver your order.

 

All transactions are encrypted and handled securely through trusted payment providers.

 

 

Dulce Vida (Pty) Ltd shall take all responsible steps to protect the personal information of clients and users. For the purpose of this clause "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).

PAYMENT OPTIONS ACCEPTED

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard and American Express, or any additional method supported by FNB (First National Bank - a division of FirstRand Bank Limited. An Authorised Financial Services and Credit Provider 1929/001225/06 (NCRCP20) E-commerce service provider. E.F.T payment will be accepted.

 

Upon placement of your order for coffee and consumer goods, you will be able to pay at checkout with the options listed above.

 

For wholesale payments and Coffee machine payments, an invoice will be generated and sent to the client, and E.F.T payment will be required. On the invoice will be the company banking details for payment via E.F.T.

 

All Payments must be received and reflect as clear before any orders are processed/ and delivery commenced.

CARD ACQUIRING AND SECURITY

Card Transactions will be acquired for Dulce Vida (Pty) Ltd via FNB E-Commerce, who are the approved payment gateway for www.dulcevida.co.za. FNB uses the strictest form of encryption, and no card details are stored on the website.

CUSTOMER DETAILS SEPARATE FROM CARD DETAILS

Customer details (i.e.: Name/s; Email address; Contact number Details) will be stored by Dulce Vida (Pty) Ltd, subject to the consent of the consumer ( i.e.: Cookies and site information; information entered by the consumer by way of using the website and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions stipulated) separately from card details which are entered by the client on the www.dulcevida.co.za website, on the WIX platform and subject to WIX.com terms of service, and in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

ARTWORK POLICY

All product and brand artwork, featured on the www.dulcevida.co.za website , under the Dulce Vida brand, are owned and created by the Dulce Vida brand, under Dulce Vida (Pty) Ltd company. Any unauthorized distribution or impersonation of the Dulce Vida brand and it’s contents and products, will be met with severe and immediate legal action.

RESPONSIBILITY

Dulce Vida (Pty) Ltd takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

MERCHANT OUTLET COUNTRY AND TRANSACTION CURRENCY

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

COUNTRY OF DOMICILE

This Website is governed by the Laws of South Africa. Dulce Vida (Pty) Ltd chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect to court process, notice or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, the Republic of South Africa. VARIATION

Dulce Vida (Pty) Ltd may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
